Customisation Services

Personalise your favourite MORIOX pair with our customization options:

  • Customise the colour or material of the upper
  • Customise the colour of the inner lining
  • Customise the colour of the sole
  • Select premium finishes and detailing options (subject to availability)
  • Add a personal touch to make your pair truly one of a kind

 

Customisation Terms & Conditions

  • A customised order requires an advance payment to confirm the order and begin production.
  • Customers who do not wish to pay the full amount in advance must pay at least 50% of the total order value as an advance payment.
  • Production will only begin once the advance payment is received and the order slip is generated.
  • Customised orders are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Customisation charges may vary depending on the design requirements, material selection, and hardware availability.
  • Production time for customised orders is approximately 5–7 business days.
  • MORIOX does not use leather from endangered species or exotic skins.

 

Bespoke Services

Looking for something completely unique? Our bespoke service allows you to create a pair designed exclusively for you, tailored to your preferences and requirements.

To place a bespoke order, please provide:

  • Reference images of your desired design (side view, top view, and three-quarter view)
  • A hard-copy tracing of both feet
  • Foot length and width measurements in centimetres
  • A physical pair of shoes for sizing reference (if available)

Our craftsmen will carefully study your requirements and create a pair that reflects your vision while maintaining MORIOX's commitment to premium craftsmanship and quality.

 

Bespoke Terms & Conditions
