RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
At Moriox, we take pride in our handmade leather shoes and want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This policy is part of and governed by our Terms and Conditions.
1. Return & Exchange Period
You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
• Unused, unworn, and in brand-new condition.
• Returned in the original shoe box and packaging, including all tags, dust bags, and protective materials.
• Free from any scratches, scuffs, creases, odors, or damage of any kind.
• Soles must be completely clean and unmarked.
Moriox reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions. Items deemed worn or damaged will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Customized or Bespoke (Made-to-Order) shoes, as they are crafted specifically for you.
• Products purchased from the 'Sale', 'Clearance', or any other final sale section.
• Items damaged due to customer misuse, accident, or wear after delivery.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
As we do not have an automated portal, please follow these steps:
Step 1 - Email Your Request
Send an email to: morioxshoe@gmail.com
• Subject Line: Return/Exchange Request - Order #[Your Order Number]
• Include in your email:
1. Your full name
2. Order number
3. Phone number
4. Reason for return/exchange
5. If applicable, clear photographs showing any product issue or damage
Step 2 - Wait for Approval & Instructions
Our support team will review your request within 24-48 hours. If approved, we will email you detailed return instructions and the authorized return address.
Note: Do not ship the item back without receiving confirmation and instructions from us.
Step 3 - Ship the Item Back
Once approved, securely package the item in its original box and mail it to the address provided using a reliable, trackable courier service. Share the tracking number with us immediately.
5. Return Shipping Costs
• Moriox Covers Return Shipping: If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (our mistake).
• Customer Covers Return Shipping: For size exchanges, change of mind, or order errors made by the customer.
6. Refunds & Exchange Processing
• Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
• Exchanges: Once the return is received and approved, we will ship the replacement item. If your requested item is out of stock, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a refund. You will receive a new tracking number.
