CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

At Moriox, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. This policy outlines how you can cancel an order and how refunds are processed. Please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy for information on returns after delivery.

1. Order Cancellation
A. Cancellation Before Shipping / Fulfillment
You may request to cancel your order provided it has not yet been processed for shipping or entered production.

• To request cancellation, email us at support@morioxshoes.com with the subject: "Cancellation Request – Order #[Your Order Number]".
• Include your full name, order number, and reason for cancellation.
• If the cancellation is approved, we will process a refund as outlined in Section 2 below.

B. Non-Cancellable Orders

• The following orders cannot be cancelled once placed:
• Bespoke, Customized, or Made-to-Order shoes, as production begins immediately upon confirmation.
• Any order that has already been dispatched or shipped. C. Cancellation After Shipping Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return the product after delivery, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

2. Refunds
A. Refund Eligibility & Timeline


Cancelled Orders (Pre-Shipment): A full refund of the product price will be issued. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed after cancellation approval.
Returned Orders (Post-Delivery): Refunds are issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, as per our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Please Note: Shipping charges (for change-of-mind returns) and any payment processing fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

B. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:
• Credit/Debit Card
• Bank Transfer
• Digital Wallet (if applicable)
The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and may take a few additional days after we process it.
