SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
At MORIOX, we are committed to delivering your handcrafted leather products safely and efficiently. Please review our policies below.
1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines (Pakistan)
Priority/Immediate Shipment: With 100% percent advance we can ship your product through local transport to your city or whichever service is more convenient. (Only if product is available in our stock and, Only for Domestic customers)
All delivery times are estimates and commence after payment verification and order confirmation. Expedited shipping options may be available upon request.
2. Order Processing & Fulfillment
• Orders are processed only after payment verification.
• You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is accepted.
• Bespoke orders enter production immediately upon confirmation and cannot be canceled or changed.
3. Tracking Your Order Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. Use this number on our courier partner's website to monitor your shipment in real-time.
4. Delivery Instructions
• Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts.
• If you are unavailable, they will contact you via the phone number provided to schedule redelivery.
• Ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the package at the delivery address.
5. International Shipping We ship to selected international destinations.

Processing: International orders require 100% advance payment and are processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery Time: 15-25 business days (estimate only), subject to customs clearance. Customs, Duties & Taxes: The customer is solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We declare the full value of goods on customs forms as required by law.
6. Address Accuracy & Liability
• The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address (including house/unit number, street, area, and contact number).
• MORIOX is not liable for delays, extra costs, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• If a package is returned due to an address error, re-shipping charges will apply.
7. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather events, public holidays, or customs inspections. MORIOX is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.
8. Failed Deliveries & Missing Packages
• If delivery attempts fail and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional fees may apply).
• If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received the package, contact us within 7 days to initiate a carrier investigation.
