You are granted a limited license only for the purpose of viewing the material contained on this Website. All handcrafted designs, product photography, and brand logos are the exclusive property of MORIOX. You are prohibited from copying, modifying, or distributing any of the content without express permission. You are also prohibited from using, reproducing, or distributing any images, videos, or other media content found on this Website without explicit written permission from MORIOX. Unauthorized use of such materials may result in legal action.

2. Product Accuracy
 We endeavor to display the colors and details of our handcrafted leather shoes as accurately as possible. However, as leather is a natural material and screen displays vary, we cannot guarantee that the physical product will perfectly match the digital image. Minor variations in texture or shade are a hallmark of genuine leather. Customers are encouraged to read product descriptions carefully. 

3. Orders and Pricing 
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or errors in your order. 
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed do not include shipping fees unless specified. 
Payment: Orders are only processed once payment is verified (via Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, or confirmed Cash on Delivery). 

4. Shipping and Delivery 
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. MORIOX is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or customs clearance for international orders. Customers are responsible for any additional duties or taxes for international shipments. 

5. Custom & Bespoke Orders 
Orders placed under our Bespoke Service are made specifically according to your measurements and preferences. A 100% advance payment is required for all bespoke orders. Once a bespoke order is in production, it cannot be canceled, and these items are non-refundable. Refunds or replacements will only be considered in case of a clear manufacturing defect, as determined by MORIOX. 

6. User Accounts
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Passwords should be kept confidential.
